Please read these terms carefully before using the okbaj platform. By accessing or using any part of the site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Agreement to These Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and okbaj ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the okbaj website, mobile platform, games, betting services, and all associated content and features available at okbaj.bio and its subdomains.
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise interacting with any feature of the okbaj platform, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age, that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement, and that you are not prohibited from using real-money gaming services under any applicable law. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must not access or use the okbaj platform.
okbaj reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of the Terms will always be available on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top of this document will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the okbaj platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To register and maintain an active okbaj account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at all times. Failure to meet or maintain any of these conditions entitles okbaj to suspend or permanently close your account and withhold any balance pending investigation.

- You must register and maintain only one (1) okbaj account. Multiple accounts opened by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure.
During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, Bangladesh mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.
Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
okbaj operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) policy in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering standards. okbaj may request verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to:
- Government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, Passport, or Driving Licence).
- Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or other official document not older than three months).
- Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of bKash or Nagad registered mobile number matching account details).
2. Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the okbaj platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okbaj does not accept foreign currencies directly; all funds must originate from payment methods registered in Bangladesh and held in the player's own name. The following rules apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions.
Deposit Rules
- The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though daily and monthly limits may be applied at okbaj's discretion or by the payment provider.
- Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account belongs to another person — are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being returned and the account reviewed.
- okbaj processes deposits in real time for all supported payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and supported bank transfers). If a deposit does not appear in your okbaj balance within 30 minutes, contact customer support with your transaction reference number.
- okbaj reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it is associated with fraudulent activity, a disputed payment, or a transaction that violates these Terms.
Withdrawal Rules
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless okbaj customer support has verified an alternative method following a full KYC review.
- Withdrawals will only be processed once any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds have been fully met. Players who request a withdrawal before completing their bonus rollover will forfeit the bonus portion of their balance.
- okbaj targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours for fully verified accounts. Processing times may be extended during periods of high volume, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
- okbaj does not charge transaction fees on withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Any fees charged by the payment provider on their end are outside okbaj's control and are the responsibility of the player.
okbaj is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Funds held in your okbaj account are not insured or guaranteed by any government deposit protection scheme. Players are advised to withdraw funds promptly rather than maintaining large balances on the platform.
3. Bonuses and Promotions
okbaj offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific page and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion page explicitly states otherwise.
General Bonus Conditions
- Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only, on their first qualifying deposit. Subsequent deposits do not qualify for the welcome bonus offer.
- Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds. When a balance contains both real money and bonus money, real-money funds are used first for wagering purposes, unless otherwise specified on the promotion page.
- The wagering requirement for all okbaj bonuses is expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x) applied to the bonus amount. Players must wager the total required amount on eligible games before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
- okbaj reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account will remain subject to their original terms unless a material platform-level change requires otherwise.
- Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash outside of the wagering process, or used in conjunction with other promotions unless the relevant promotion page explicitly permits such combination.
okbaj monitors bonus usage patterns and reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or systematically exploiting a specific game's RTP to meet rollover requirements with minimal risk.
4. Gameplay and Betting Rules
The following rules apply to all game types available on the okbaj platform, including live casino games, slots, crash games, fish shooting games, and sports betting markets. Game-specific rules are additionally governed by the rules of the relevant game provider and are accessible within each game interface.
- All bets are final once confirmed. okbaj does not accept requests to cancel or modify a bet after the bet has been accepted by the system, except where a manifest system error has occurred and is independently verified by okbaj's technical team.
- In the event of a disconnection during live gameplay, bets placed before the disconnection remain valid. okbaj is not liable for losses resulting from a player's internet connection failure, device malfunction, or browser interruption.
- Sports betting odds are subject to change up until the event kicks off. Any bets placed before an odds change are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement, provided the bet was successfully confirmed by the okbaj system.
- okbaj reserves the right to void bets on any sporting event that is cancelled, postponed for more than 48 hours, or where the result cannot be independently verified. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's okbaj account balance.
Maximum win limits apply per game session and per day. These limits vary by game type and are displayed within the game interface or on the relevant promotion page. okbaj reserves the right to cap winnings that result from a technical error, a misconfigured game, or any circumstances that fall outside normal gameplay parameters.
5. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
okbaj is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gaming activity. okbaj enforces a strict 21+ age policy across all game types and expects all players to engage with the platform in a responsible manner. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players free of charge.
Available Responsible Gaming Tools
- Deposit limits: daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the total amount deposited. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following actions constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required. okbaj monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate suspicious conduct at any time.
- Opening or operating more than one okbaj account, whether under your own identity or any other identity, real or fictitious.
- Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or circumvent platform security measures.
- Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or any activity that constitutes a financial crime under Bangladeshi law.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or suspected software error must be reported to okbaj support immediately; failure to report constitutes a breach of these Terms.
- Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider betting, including sharing information about live event outcomes before those outcomes are publicly available.
okbaj reserves the right to void any winnings, close any account, and pursue any available legal remedy against a player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct. In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, okbaj will cooperate fully with any competent law enforcement authority or regulatory body in Bangladesh.
7. Intellectual Property and Platform Use
All content on the okbaj platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of okbaj or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the okbaj platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the okbaj platform without prior written permission from okbaj. You may not use data mining, robots, screen scraping, or similar data gathering tools on any part of the okbaj platform. Unauthorised use of the okbaj platform or its content terminates the licence granted under this clause and may expose you to civil or criminal liability.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbaj expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, okbaj specifically disclaims liability for the following:
- Losses arising from platform downtime, maintenance windows, server outages, or technical failures that are outside okbaj's reasonable control.
- Loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the okbaj platform, even if okbaj has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to log out of their account on a shared device, loss of login credentials, or unauthorised access to a player's account by a third party where such access was not caused by okbaj's negligence.
Where okbaj's liability cannot be excluded by law, okbaj's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your okbaj account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
okbaj may suspend or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- The player has breached any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited conduct rules in Section 6.
- okbaj has reasonable grounds to suspect the player's account is being used for fraudulent, criminal, or money laundering purposes.
- The player has failed to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested by okbaj.
- okbaj is required to do so by a court order, regulatory directive, or applicable law.
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification, subject to any withholding required by law or by the terms of this Agreement. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds will be forfeited upon account closure for breach of Terms.
10. Privacy and Data
okbaj collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the okbaj platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You are encouraged to read the Privacy Policy carefully before registering an account.
okbaj uses SSL encryption across the platform to protect data in transit. Payment credentials (bKash PIN, Nagad PIN, bank passwords) are never transmitted to or stored on okbaj servers. okbaj will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to deliver a service you have requested.
11. Governing Law and Amendments
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming activities in Bangladesh. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through okbaj's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangladesh.
okbaj operates a first-instance internal dispute resolution process. If you have a complaint about any aspect of the okbaj platform — including game outcomes, payment processing, bonus application, or account decisions — you should contact the okbaj support team via the email address in the footer of this page. okbaj will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
okbaj reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the okbaj platform. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.
